Asefeh Zeinalabedini is a poet and performer who writes and performs in three languages of Persian, Azerbaijani and English. She published her poems in be:longing blog and Woroni Multilingual paper.
She studied linguistics and is highly interested in multilingualism, migration and cross-cultural linguistic exchanges. She has been cooperating with Mother-Tongue Multilingual Poetry ACT and has been part of a panel discussion “The Connection To and Separation From Home” in “In Other Words” festival in Sydney, 2018. She has been a member of Homespun multilingual poetry and is currently a member of “Voices from the Diaspora”.
